As of March 25, 2020:

TAG MANAGEMENT has taken the following action in response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic:

At our Office

TAG MANAGEMENT’S office has now closed to the public until further notice. As property management has been deemed an essential service during this difficult time, TAG’s team members continue to work from inside the office and remotely. During our regular office hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm we are able to receive and process payments and documents at our head office located at 3-1080 Clay Avenue in Burlington. PLEASE NOTE: we are no longer accepting cash payments.

As of this time we are NOT aware of any TAG MANAGEMENT team member that has been infected or has been in contact with anyone infected or potentially infected. Currently no team members have any symptoms related to the Coronavirus.

• ALL team members are required to wash or sanitize their hands each and every time they enter our facility.
• ALL team members are required to report to their Manager if they develop a fever, sore throat or shortness of breath.
• ALL team members are strongly encouraged to wash or sanitize their hands if they cough or sneeze.
• ALL team members are only visiting clients and contractors when absolutely necessary. If an on-site meeting is required, the team members are required to wash or sanitize their hands before and directly after their meeting. In addition, all team members are to avoid all personal contact with clients and contractors (e.g. hand shaking, hugs etc.).
• Visitors are no longer allowed inside our office except for critical purposes.
• ALL commonly used doors, handles and other surfaces at our office are wiped down daily with anti-bacterial wipes.

At our Managed Properties

Our commitment to clients is to deliver reliable operations and excellent customer service while focusing on the safety of our employees, service partners, customers and the communities we serve. All contractors and service personnel that perform on-site work at our managed properties will be instructed to take the same precautionary measures as our team members where applicable. Further, residents who do not wish to have service performed inside their homes until the viral containment is over, should advise management accordingly.

We encourage all residents to check the Government’s website regularly. If you think you have symptoms or have been in close contact with someone who has it, use this self-assessment to help determine if you need to seek further care. Free medical advice is available at Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000, where a Registered Nurse is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
